Itinerary
Day 01 Arrival in Sri Lanka - Negambo

A warm welcome to the Beautiful Island. Your personal chauffer guide will take you safely to Negombo, the close by fishing village. An Ideal coastal village to begin your adventure. Relax & unwind.

Day 02 Wilpattu National Park

Today make a drive to Wilpattu National park. Wilpattu is the Biggest National park and the most beautiful and less crowded I would say.

The safari in Wilpattu would surely be with surprise sightings of Leopards, Sloth bears ,Asian Elephants and frequent sightings of  spotted Deer, Barking Deer, jackals, Wild Pig, Water Buffalo and Mugger Crocodiles. Moreover, countless species of birds and butterflies can be spotted throughout the safari.

The best time to visit Wilpattu National Park is during the months of February and October. Then experience camping night filled with wild life vibes.

Day 03 Dambulla & Wasgamuwa National Park

Morning visit to Dambulla cave temple. Take your steps of the rock and be mesmerized   with the series of cave shrines painted with vivid Buddhist murals.

In the afternoon, drive to Wasgamuwa National park for a safari.

Wasgamuwa is distinguished from other parks by having its bears in large numbers. The name Wasgamuwa may also derive from an ancient meaning as a gathering place for bears. Other centre of the attraction is herds of elephants up to 150. The best time to enjoy the sight of large herds is during November to May while  during the rest of the year the elephants tend to migrate to nearby Minneriya and Kaudulla national Parks.

Day 04 Drive Gal Oya

Today, you will be venturing for another wild life experience. Once you are in Gal oya, not to forget to take a boat ride where you can catch the sightings of swimming elephants across the lake. Further the island surrounded by the lake is a dwelling place of numerous birds species and this boat trip will be more interesting if you are a bird lover.

Today’s accommodation is a highlight since you will be completely secluded in a wild life setting Gal oya lodge

Day 05 - Visit Udawalawa

Today drive to Udawalawa, the third most visited National Park on the island, Udawalawe has a myriad of interesting flora and fauna helped by the presence of the Udawalawe reservoir on the Walawe river, the surrounding marshes, forests and grasslands. The park’s most famous residents are 400 or so elephants. During a visit, it is not unusual to see whole herds of adults and young elephants. Macaques and monkeys remain in uncleared jungle in the park’s northern section whilst water buffalo and various species of deer tend to frequent the southern part.

Day 06 Yala National Park

Today morning , make a visit to Udawalawa Transit Home where small baby elephants are being fed and it is a very interesting sight to see of course.

Then continue your journey to Yala, the kingdom of wild life.

Yala National Park is situated on the south coast of Sri Lanka, with parts of the park reaching to the water and touching the Indian Ocean. Unlike the safaris of Africa, Yala is still relatively undiscovered and catching up to its African counterparts in many ways.

Day 07- From wild to the beaches - Galle

Today, taking your journey towards the blue ribbon of the Island. Time in Galle which is one of Southeast Asia’s best-preserved, fortified colonial cities. Evening Walk on the classical city lanes is a lovely memory to add on. Enjoy the many cafes popping up along streets lined with renovated and delightful colonial buildings.

Perfect relaxation on the Beaches. Whale watching, snorkeling, sailing, river trips, and sea kayaking are few of interesting water sports to enjoy. You could experience Ambalangoda cultural heritage with a visit to the Mask making factory and take part in entertaining puppet show.

Day 08 Whale and Dolphin Watching - MIrissa

Wake up early and make your drive to Mirissa harbour.
It is a Whale and Dolphin Watching tour to meet the Gentles Giants of the Ocean.

**Kindly note that you have to leave the hotel between 5 -5.30 am as the whale watching activity begins at 6.30am and ends by approximately 12pm or so.
